Open House 2010 Recipes

As “David” who greeted you warmly at the steps to Vineland with lamb Saucisson and mulled wine was put to task by many of you, we are happy to provide the recipes for both treats.  We should note that our kitchens were pleased to be able to create and to offer you such piping hot morsels and warming beverages to send you happily on your way.  Also, the mulled wine (and the hot chocolate for the children and DDs) was the perfect companion for the Belgian horse drawn carriage rides through the vineyard.  It may have been somewhat cold but the warmth of the day’s celebration and the camaraderie made the outside tours very enjoyable.
