Chez Victor will honour winery chef Jan-Willem Stulp's creations and winemaker Brian Schmidt's selection for the occasion. Our chef Jan-Willem will be preparing wonderful dishes along side of chef David Chrystian in the kitchens of Chez Victor. Niagara comes to Toronto for this wonderful weekend of great food and wine. Cuvee Weekend celebrates twenty years as a red carpet celebration of the best of Ontario wine and food in the heart of Niagara wine country. Join us for the "Oscars" of the Ontario wine industry at the Cuvee Gala where the winemakers select the winners of the Cuvee Awards, and mingle with the stars of the Ontario wine and culinary scene. Travel the wine route during Cuvee En Route for special tastings where our wineries roll out the red carpet.
