2nd Annual Riesling Revel
March 31st and April 1st, 2012
Following last years’ grand success we are once again hosting our Spring Riesling Revel. It is the perfect time to shake off winter (although 2012 has been a little easy on us) and launch forward into the Spring with great energy and a great party!
We will be featuring new Riesling releases all weekend and exceptional Spring taste treats from our kitchens.
As you arrive you will be welcomed warmly on our front steps as our vine wood fired BBQ will be in full operation with a tempting taste alongside a welcoming Riesling. Our cellars will once again be filled with our gourmet food suppliers all eager to sample the best that they produce. Live jazz will get your feet tapping and your blood pumping. It is a great party all weekend and everyone is welcome!
The crown jewel of the weekend is the Saturday night “By Reservation Revel – Riesling Stars Under the Stars”. This fun event starts at 6:30pm on Saturday, March 31st and boasts an evening of four rotating events within the event. You’ll have your chance to visit all of the areas and you won’t want to miss the moonlight vineyard carriage ride where you, the revelling group are drawn around by our favourite Belgian horses. The vineyard tour culminates with an ancient sabering of a sparkling wine where all get to enjoy a toast to the coming
Don’t forget, you also will receive two special bottles of wine (autographed by the winemaker) to take home that night!
The evening’s admission (that includes your take home autographed wine) is $75 per person ($60 for Connections Wine Club members and their guests).

This is our annual sold out dinner event (Friday night) plus a new weekend retail focus.
Please join us in the restaurant to taste the results of this venerable competition. Precisely at noon on Friday April 20th, both teams receive the box of secret ingredients and they only have one hour to conger up a 5 course competition menu for you to enjoy that night. The afternoon is theirs to prepare. You are invited to reserve your seats and enjoy some of the best food that can be had. And you are the judge. Your votes are tallied to determine the winner. It's an evening of great fun, hi-jinks, and creative dishes paired with exceptional wines. Can't make the dinner or can't get a ticket? You can still be part of the fun by visiting the winery for an Ironic Chef Weekend (April 21st and 22nd). Make a reservation at our restaurant for the “Chocolate Creative Menu” and make a complete night of it! The wineshop part of the evening is $35 per person ($30 per person for Wine Club Members and their guests). Bring Your Boots Weekend - Spring
May 26th & 27th, 2012
This will be another weekend full of fun and “getting back to the land”. Bring Your Boots? Yes, it is all about the vineyard and the noteworthy wines they produce. We will have special wine tastings and taste treats from our award winning kitchen all weekend. On Saturday morning (coffee and fresh cookie reception at 9am) we will commence the “by reservation only” and no-holds-barred vineyard tour headed up by our winemaker Brian. This private tour is limited to 50 people to maintain the intimacy of the vineyard walk. The price is $40 per person but is free to our Wine Club Members and their guests. Be sure to book your Winemaker’s Lunch to follow as Chef Justin will be featuring all the ingredients that Brian loves!
