Barrel Room Rental

Our private barrel room and wine library is available for rental as an exceptional background for your photos. Rental cost is $200 for 1 hour which includes a taste of our sparkling Brut for your group.
Reservations must be made in advance and are based upon availability.

Elevation Spieglau Glass Tasting
Saturdays - 11:00 - 12:00pm

Elevate your understanding of fine wine as we sample wines from our Bo-teek and St. Urban Vineyards. Our very private wine table in the barrel cellar will be set with an array of sparkling performance crystal wine glasses waiting for you. In the most exclusive part of our winery we will take you through four wines in the specific wine glasses that were created for each varietal. Let us show you how terroir influences what is in your glass and how the glass impacts your perception of taste.

Wine and Cheese Pairing 101!

Saturdays - 1:00-2:00pm

Taste in our famous barrel cellar and enjoy an education in wine and cheese pairing. Learn the fundamentals of what to look for when you want to maximize your enjoyment of wine with artisanal cheese, all available in The Market at Vineland. With the holiday season fast approaching, you can wow your guests with your new found knowledge that you gained in this fun and interesting hour tasting great wine and cheese!

Flights of Fantasy - When Chocolate & Wine Combine

Indulge your dark side as we explore the history, benefits and synergy between chocolate and wine. Olivia is the new taste of chocolate and we will experience artisanal, organic and raw chocolate with three tiers of our award winning Cabernets. We are proud to pair London's Academy of Chocolate 2011 Award winning 76% cru dark chocolate with our Cabernet Sauvignon Icewine. One bite paired with this flight and your senses will soar!

Group Team Building/Tasting Challenge!

St. Urban Vineyard Riesling Experience

Tour is available to book from May - October

Start with a glass of our Sparkling Riesling as you venture out into our iconic St. Urban vineyard with a senior member of our experienced team. Stroll past the vineyard rows as you drink in the history of our winemakers favourite vineyard block. Continue on to enjoy the vista overlooking Lake Ontario as you make your way into the cellars. Enjoy a Riesling tasting in our famed barrel cellar and then finish back in the vineyard with 2 more Rieslings born from the ground beneath your feet. 
Prepare to dress for the weather.

Public tours are offered year-round for individuals and small groups, and are scheduled according to the season. Throughout the summer until October, tours are offered daily at 12:00 and 4:00pm, seven days a week. Throughout the fall and winter from November until May tours are offered on Saturday and Sunday at 12:00pm.

The tour provides an overview of the winery and its operations, from the vineyards to the cellars, and includes tasting three of our classic wines. It lasts approximately 60 minutes and the cost is $9 per person. There is no need to make a reservation for the public tour; simply come to the Wineshop shortly before the tour time and let the staff know you’d like to participate.

Private tours can be held between 11am and 5pm daily.
Private tours must be booked a minimum 48 hours in advance.
A credit card number is required at the time of booking.
$25.00 admin charge to credit card for cancellation within 24 hours.

** All Tours are subject to a non refundable deposit for tours that are cancelled within 24 hours of tour date or fail to show.
Tour groups that arrive late by 15 minutes or more are subject to automatic cancellation of the tour based on availability to accommodate a late arrival.

Tour bookings must be accompanied by a Credit Card to secure tour time and date.
Last tour time available daily is 5:00pm.
