Upon opening, the nose has a pronounced fresh green apple. The apple fades to a yellow grapefruit and starfruit. On the palate, a slightly brown apple characteristic with just a hint of bitterness. Soft acid and notes of creaminess through the midpalate gives this wine a medium finish.
